Two weeks ago I with my friends dined at Bergrestaurant Pardorama and we were impressed with our overall experience. We returned there at least three times. The food was exceptional - each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was relaxed ambiance and the wiev from the restaurant is unbelieveble. While the prices were on the higher side, we felt that the quality of the food and service justified the cost. We love that bottom corner bar with high stools around the bar and great views of mountains!!! Go for the bouillabaise of the sea (savoury soup), the taste is exquisite. Pair it with a dessert. This is at the the upstairs restaurant, not the self service cafeteria downstairs. It’s not as crowded as one would expect, and service is surprisingly fast. Even the 20 mins desert called Kaiser-something arrived fast, it was delicious, and enough for 2.
