Ischgl Slope Food — Restaurant in Ischgl

One of the great things about skiing in the Tirol is that the mountain restaurants normally have loads of character and serve a good selection of food. Ischgl Slope Food is different and gets everything wrong. It has as much character as a motorway service station and could be on any motorway in the world serving boring burgers and sausages in cardboard boxes (really - that's what this place serves). Unfortunately the service is as bad as the menu. I assume someone thought this was a trendy, modern approach to mountain food but they've got it very wrong. Don't turn your backs on your local traditions, style and food. Give us restaurants with character and a good selection of food including local Tirolean dishes. The service doesnt speak english, they served us cheese-sausages instead od grilled cheese and they didnt want to give us back money or make other order. Really sad thing to write, it seems the service blond guy is a little bit retarded...but he looks not, he is always smoking and historii...
