Gut, aber die Semmeln und Kornspitz sind mit sehr viel Backtriebmittel (Chemie, Fertigteig?)gebacken. Semmeln ohne Zusatzstoffe selbst gebacken sind bei gleicher Größe 1/3 schwerer, der Kornspitz ist ebenfalls reine Luftmasse. Das Brot teilweise recht fett, aber gut. Alles Andere ist auch sehr empfehlenswert, im Speziellen auch die...
