If you are looking for an amazing Restaurant in the Village of Kössen that offers Great, Food, Great Service and Great Atmosphere. I definitely recommend visiting Gastrof Erzherzog Rainer , Kossen/Tirol. Upon walking to the front door of this amazing restaurant I was made feel very Welcome by all the staff. I was seated to a great table and immediately got my menu. Not long after I ordered my drink and I was given plenty of time to read over my menu. My Waiter explained the menu to me and was very Professional! My appetizer arrived on time and then my main entrée arrived in a very timely fashion. Absolutely no rush at all. Very relaxing atmosphere. Now here is the best part. The Buffalo Wings and Steak I ordered was in my honest opinion The best I have experienced in my Forty-Seven Years of life. It should be noted I am originally from Dublin, Ireland, Lived in the United States for over thirty years and traveled all over the world with the United States Marines. I definitely know a Great Restaurant, Steak, Buffalo Wings from my life experiences and travels around the world. The staff are above par and I even had a great conversation with the owner of this amazing restaurant. Everyone made me feel very Welcome! For all my history buffs reading my review Gasthof Erzherzog Rainer is over one hundred years old. Founded in 1904! The building is beautiful and Totally Awesome! If I could give them less than one star, I would. We waited over an hour before asking about our food. My Oma asked about it and the waiter was rude and disrespectful to her. We were there celebrating her birthday. It was only six of us so it should not have taken so long. The salad bar was practically empty so there wasn’t much to choose from. Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, das Restaurant "Gasthof Erzherzog Rainer" zu besuchen, und möchte meine Erfahrung gerne teilen. Obwohl es einige Punkte gab, die meine Erfahrung beeinflussten, konnte das schmackhafte Putensteak das Gesamtbild aufwerten.

Ein Aspekt, der meinen Besuch beeinflusste, war die Wartezeit auf das Essen. Es dauerte etwa eine Stunde, bis die Gerichte endlich serviert wurden. Diese Verzögerung war bedauerlich und hätte sicherlich verkürzt werden können. Es ist zu hoffen, dass das Restaurant an der Verbesserung des Zeitmanagements arbeiten kann, um die Wartezeiten für zukünftige Gäste zu reduzieren.

Des Weiteren schien der einzige Kellner im Außenbereich etwas überfordert zu sein. Das hohe Gästeaufkommen führte zu längeren Wartezeiten, um Bestellungen aufzugeben und um Getränke nachzubestellen. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Restaurant in Zukunft das Personal entsprechend aufstocken könnte, um den Service effizienter zu gestalten und die Gäste besser betreuen zu können.

Trotz dieser Herausforderungen muss ich jedoch betonen, dass das Putensteak geschmacklich sehr gut war. Es war saftig und mit einer angenehmen Würze versehen. Der Koch hat hier ganze Arbeit geleistet.

Insgesamt betrachtet war mein Besuch im Gasthof Erzherzog Rainer durchwachsen. Während die Wartezeit und die Überforderung des einzigen Kellners im Außenbereich meine Erfahrung beeinträchtigten, konnte das köstliche Putensteak meine Geschmacksknospen verwöhnen.
