Because I remember older times of this restaurant, I can say it was much better before. The food is good there but for this kind of prices is not super extra as someone can expect. I understand that every company and business had to increase prices in this times..but why the quality went down too? In lunch time we have been there with my boyfriend and we found a few empty ceramic bowls for food and it was not refilled. Selection of the food in the past was more richer and environment was much cleaner. Service for coffee and drinks worked faster. Plastic trenchers for food weren t dirty even after the cleaning - we found noodles at them and we took them from the place for clean stuff. Toilets were free for guests of the restaurant before but now even you ate food there you have to pay and sometimes wait in line because the machines are clogging. If you're looking to get scammed in Austria, visit this place. You'll experience daylight robbery and threats in exchange for your money. On our way to our holiday, we stopped for a quick lunch. There were no instructions upon entering, so we followed others, grabbing a tray, three small portions of food, and two glasses of orange juice. At the cashier, we were shocked to be charged 85 euros. When we questioned the cashier, she pretended to only speak German.

We chose the least dirty table, though there were five staff members present who weren't cleaning the dirty, fly-infested tables. In such an environment, our appetite vanished. As we left, we asked the cashier to call the manager to explain the exorbitant charge for subpar food. Suddenly, the woman spoke English and threatened to call the police if we made a scene by asking for the manager.

1. Für Vegetarier*innen nicht zu empfehlen: Beim Salatbuffet (bei dem btw. nicht angeschrieben ist, was was ist) waren von 8 Möglichkeiten (der Rest war aus) 4 mit Schinken, Speck oder Fisch, zum Teil erst durch genauere Inspektion erkennbar. Absolut unverständlich, warum das sein muss!
2. Bei einem vermuteten Pilz Kürbissalat war der Kürbis (schätze, es war ein Hokkaido) praktisch roh, die gehobelten Karotten total vertrocknet. Die Paprika, die vermutlich gegrillt hätten sein sollen (ala Antipasti), waren ebenfalls fast roh!
3. Gemessen an der Qualität sind die Preise indiskutabel hoch!
4. Das Beste zum Schluss: Nach dem Essen wäre - wenn ich nicht über das Drehkreuz geklettert wäre - selbst der Besuch des WC's frustran gewesen. Keine Ahnung, ob das mittlerweile legal ist in Österreich, aber wenn ich um mehr als 20€ etwas konsumiere, ist es eine üble Frechheit, 50ct für's Pinkeln einwerfen zu müssen. Der Gutschein bringt ja hinterher - bei bereits beglichener Konsumation - gar nix. Auf meine Frage bei der Kassa, wie das mit WC bei Konsumation gedacht sei: "Ist leider so, ich weiß, kann auch nix machen..."

Fazit: Mich seht ihr dort nie wieder, da kauf ich mir lieber irgendeinen Schrott bei der nächsten Tanke! Ist auch nicht die erste schlechte Erfahrung mit Landzeit, don' try!

Antwort auf die Antwort: Die Information zu dem Gutschein ist obsolet, das ist ja überall so und mir durchaus bekannt. Allerdings bedeutet das, dass ich irgendwann wieder zu einem Landzeit gehen muss, um den Gutschein einzulösen. Ist das als Kundenbindungsprogramm zu verstehen? Ich finde, das geht einfach nicht! Wenn ich etwas konsumiere, dann möchte ich dort ohne weiteres auch die Toilette benützen dürfen. Warum geben Sie nicht bei der Kassa Toiletten-Jetons aus oder lassen sich etwas anderes einfallen?

Ach ja, sonst scheint mir das eine Standard Antwort zu sein, praktisch der gleiche Text findet sich bei einer anderen üblen Rezension zur Qualität der Speisen (Stichwort "vertrocknet"), und auch damals wurde schon in Aussicht gestellt, mit dem Verantwortlichen zu sprechen. Offenbar...
