Do not dine here. Intoxicated stuff member, rude comments, horrible service, average food and careless manager.

We have stopped by for a lunch today, as we entered we asked for table for 2. Waiter grinned and mumbles "aaa i know u its ok." We were surprised but sat down (we didn't know the guy). It took awhile for him to bring us menus but we were in no rush. Didn't think much of it. The mumble continued while we ordered drinks ... Meanwhile he insisted we borrow him a lighter so he can light candle on the table. He had brought us one of the drinks no glasses and showed us his drink claiming that it is not for me. One of the workers saw what is happening tried to help event though she was clearly not member of the restaurant stuff. She apologised and took our food order while he was interrupting...anyway the end was the worst, the drunk waiter continued to come over and say random stuff laughing, top of the top was when he asked if we had a good food and proceeded to took one of the fries from my plate and dip it in my partners sauce, saying he can do that, we got upset and asked for the bill, than he said you do not need to pay and raise his hand for high five and than said just kidding, after our surprised faces he started staring at me and hitting on me with comments how my eyes were beautiful, than he asked my partner if his money is worth the food we just had, this was so rude that my partner asked to speak to the manager who was sat at the end of the bar in rent. At this point we were both angry and astonished by the whole situation. The boss said yeah i know he is drunk carelessly. The waiter came with pepper grinder in shape of the baseball bat and started yelling that we need to pay, which we were trying however it was impossible in the drunk state of the waiter, manager just watched how we tried to pay for the 4th time while the whole situation was escalating. Manager did not say sorry nor he tried to take over from this situation. At least we paid and left feeling robbed of the nice lunch we intended to have.

And food? Its avarage but edible, dry tasteless spare ribs undercooked curly fries, burger was oukeyish.

Overall this whole experience was ridiculous example of mishandled service from the beginning to the end. I could write more of the interaction with other guests...

Ein Restaurant mit unglaublich viel Potenzial. Es hakt aber leider noch an vielen Ecken. Da meine Reservierungsbestätigung länger ausstand als erwartet und ich aufgrund der Rezensionen nochmal telefonisch sicher gehen wollte, dass diese dann auch wirklich im System ist, bin ich am nächsten Tag vorbeigefahren, wo mir ein älterer Mann mitteilte, dass man noch nicht sicher sei, ob der Koch am Donnerstag da sein würde und man öffnen würde. Man würde sich telefonisch bei mir melden. Diesen Anruf bekam ich nicht, aber knapp wenige Stunden später per Mail die Reservierungsbestätigung. Mittwoch Abend habe ich sicherheitshalber nochmal angerufen, ob der Koch denn nun kommen würde und ich mich auf die Reservierung verlassen kann (größere Gruppe) - SCHOCKMOMENT: man hatte meine Reservierung nicht im System laut Auskunft der Dame am Telefon,sie fragt aber kurz beim Chef nach. Dieser hat dann gesagt dass wir kommen dürfen und die Dame hat die Reservierung aufgenommen.

Als wir ankamen war nur ein einziger Tisch im ganzen Diner besetzt. Der Kellner hatte seinen ersten Tag, war sehr schüchtern und leise aber bemüht. Aber ein komisches Gefühl hatten wir da alles sehr unkoordiniert ablief. Das Essen kam leider nicht gleichzeitig, man hatte 2 Gerichte erst deutlich später gebracht. Die Rippchen kamen ohne Glazing und waren leider sehr durchwachsen - wie in der Karte angepriesen. Die Burger waren alle schmackhaft und mit den Beilagen schön angerichtet.

Die Karte war generell kleiner als die, die im Internet zu finden ist. Auf der Karte im Restaurant gibt es auch keinen Hinweis auf Beyond meat - hatten sie auf Nachfrage aber zum Glück.

Geschmacklich war alles ziemlich gut und hätte Potenzial zu 4-4,5 Sternen. Die Location ist traumhaft und eine Runde Billard würde das vielleicht auch zu 5 Sternen abrunden.

Würden den Luis im nächsten Jahr ggf. nochmal eine...

Where to start? Sunday lunchtime, we were almost the only clients: no philly special, no soup of the day. Surf and Turf came without prawns ("Sorry we don't have anymore", at least the waiter was kind). The first fries arrived when we were finished eating. The second fries got lost on the way meaning we never got them. Manager and employee yelling at each other in front of us. It felt like at one point all employees left the ship...
