Absolutely not the place to go at all. I learned that the member of staff that abused me was part of the family that owns this shower of a business. She was rude and arrogant over the fact that they have some kind of monopoly over people eating and drinking. I have spoken to other locals who confirm that the family who run this and the self service business by the inter sport rental shop feel like they are owed and they don’t need to offer a service to customers; they are obviously earning too much money!? I am a business owner in London and will be ensuring that every one in my contacts knows how these people treat their customers (basically with contempt)

I have spoken to another local who recommends skiing the glacier in the morning and then when ready for lunch get the new lift to Maeskogel and spend your money there!!

Please don’t give these arrogant people any more of your hard...

There is a sign that says that CREDITCARD payments will be charged €1,50 extra. First of all: Are you stuck in the 90s?? And secundarily: Why is the fee so rediculously high.

Well: I wasn't exactly about to pay with creditcard anyways. But after a long wait I found out that they just lie about it and charge this fee for every card payment. Even for regular bank cards.

Why did I found out after a very long wait?? Because there is only one cash register. Ironically this wouldn't be an issue if card-payments would be a normal thing to do here. But because of discussions about it or fuzzing with change the lines are rediculously long.

They steal from you. To sum it up, they accept only cash, where the only ATM around is an euronet machine which charges around 5.5€ fee, and then they steal from you when you pay by never giving back the whole change, trying to force you a tip. In one of the instances they checked how drunk we were (which we weren’t) and tried to convince that the price of the beers was more than what was on the board. Even in that instance, they refused to give back the whole change. Shame, because if it weren’t for the lying, we would happily leave a tip. This happened multiple times forcing me to put this review - i would just look at all the reviews here to see how shameful the service is, and hope they can get fined or kicked out for unnecessarily STEALING...
