Gasthaus am Rauschelesee — Restaurant in Keutschach am See

Worst restaurant visit in a long time.

We ordered around 7.15 for the first time, than after 15 min we got explained that a few items are not available anymore (half the menu actually). So we changed our orders accordingly. The drinks arrived fast, but than for an hrs we got ignored. After some time a woman went from table to table (started around 8.30?!) We already got a bad feeling about that, cause the service staff already went so a very long smoking break avoiding all customer interaction. Around 9pm we than got informed that there is no food left that could be served. The situation was very weird, cause there was no sorry or anything they just wanted to let us know - when we asked why we did not get this I formation earlier, the woman got really angry with us cause apperently this could not have been for seen earlier.

We ended up complaining why this was not clear 2 hrs ago and ended up not willing to pay our drinks based on the miserable service and the situation, she agreed - so for a minute we already calmed down a bit but than she webt I door and came back out screaming over the whole place that drinks are on her like it was her idea.

So summed up the place is not worth a visit very unorganized and badly managed.

In addition the day before they played music till 1am therefore half the campsite...

Ordered food at 19:00. Nothing came after 2h (21:00) and several reasons given by the waitress as the kitchen is busy etc. Excuse of the owner: no food left in the kitchen, they cannot offer us anything. A complete joke! Totally...
