Like most places these days...the staff is overwhelmed and customers are more difficult. During the visit a customer and a staff member were openly arguing over something. Surely it wasn't being handled professionally. The quality of Wienerrother is always good..but the relationship between service, product, experience verses cost isn't good in my opinion. Ich war heute sehr enttäuscht. Ich komme bei euch regelmäßig einkaufen und heute habe ich mir echt schlecht gefühlt. Ich wollte eine Überraschung für mein Arzt machen und Gutscheine für ihn und seinen Team kaufen. Leider waren die Gutscheine ausverkauft und daher habe ich mir überlegt ein Frühstück zu besorgen . Die Mitarbeiterin eine Blondine ha t nicht mal hallo gesagt sondern nur „Bitte „ dann habe ich für mich ein Schoko Croissant und ein Cappuccino bestellt und wollte noch etwas überlegen und sie sagt und ? Ich sagte : ganz kurz und sie darf ich sie bei der Kassa bitten ? Und ich : naja ich wollte noch Krapfen kaufen ! Und sie „ sie können später herein kommen und Krapfen kaufen „ das ganze obwohl es war überhaupt nicht los! Dann bin ich draußen mein Kaffe trinken gegangen und Tisch und Sessel waren komplett nass also...
