Great place and food but such a grumpy waitress!

We called in advance and arrived towards the closure We are a family of 5 with young kids after a long day of travel it took us few minutes to order and it was clear that the waitress Didnt like that! The steaks were great but I felt emberassed for the place to charge money for ketchup and mayo (not extra) even though we ordered 2 big sides dishes of fries. To go over board on that the waitress literally took the remains of mayonnaise from my son hands saying we Didnt pay for it even though it was charged on my bill see picture.

Ich habe meinen Post nicht gelöscht,weil er schlecht war, sondern weil ich Ihn noch ergänzen wollte und gäbe es mehr als 5 Sterne würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben. Ich muss sagen, nicht nur das wir die ganze Woche freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend behandelt wurden, sondern auch das wir mehr als familiär behandelt wurden. Darum liebe ich Österreich so sehr, dank euch, ihr seid alle so liebevoll. Das Essen war super lecker, überdurchschnittlich schnell, ausreichend und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis hat mehr als gepasst. Trotz des vielen Stress sind die Restaurantfachfrauen immer freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Ich kann mich nur wiederholen, falls die Damen mal im Sommer ins Weingut bei uns kommen wollen, ihr seid rechtherzlicht eingeladen, auch wenn nur als Gäste zum Wein trinken😉. Wenn wir nach Kleinarl wieder kommen, dann nicht nur wegen dem Ski fahren, sondern auch vorallem wegen euch. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Eventhough we came at 18:00 and the place was full, they managed to seat us in 5minutes. The place is very nice, decorated in wood. The service is quick and very friendly. We had frittatensoupe, Wienner schnitzel and omg so tasty salad boul. Not expensive. I recommend...
