LexMex was amazing. Let me start with the decoration. You can sit outside and inside and it is decorated with nice neutral colours, but it is warm and friendly. No screaming artwork or distracting pictures. The music is not too loud, just right. The workers are excellent. They run for you. Literally. They are friendly, upbeat, able to talk to you in several languages and they will do whatever they can to make your time with them as great as possible. And then the food. Whoooo the food. I still dream about the house steak. Soft, juicy, spiced well with vegetables. Amazing. I would marry that thing if I could. The pasta, lovely. With fresh rocket and amazing sauce. During our stay in Landeck, we had dinner at Lex-Mex following a recommendation from our hotel, and we were so impressed that we went back a second time. The food is truly excellent, as Italians, we can confirm that the pizzas are outstanding—we’ve had less tasty ones even in Italy! The non-alcoholic drinks are also fantastic: so delicious that we ordered them twice. A special mention goes to the staff. Lex is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the waitresses are kind and always smiling. Their perfect English ensures that language is never an issue, even for those who don’t speak German. Staff were incredibly rude for no other reason that our nationality. Which was a real shame as the food was good! The oldest waiter slammed food down on the table, pushed other meals out od the way as the were being enjoyed to make room, sighed and tutted at every little thing and then was rude enough to slag us off to another waiter in German even though a number of our group spome german.
