Stiegenwirt - Gastlichkeit seit 1969 — Restaurant in Landl

I come to this area regurarly for 4 years already. But the horrible experience that I had yesturday cancelled all previous visits. We came as group of 12 people at 6pm, and they did not wanted to serve us that we are too many people?? After very unpleasant discussion we sit to one table where we all fit without problem. The service was whole time super annoyed with our visit and showed it in every moment. First they ignored us for 15 minutes and did not even give us menu. The worst came at payment. Waitress came with bill and told us we need to all pay together and by cash. All other guest payed by cards but we were told if u have no money go to atm. After payment she just took money and did not give us change back!!!! When I asked for the change (8 euro) she tried to cheat me and gave only 6,50!!!! When I was leaving I asked why they treat us like this and the answer was: You came here lot of people and all wanted to order...until this time I thought this is purpose of restaurant. This a small size and family run hotel has an excellent location for the summer and the winter sports too. If you like to raft on the river Salza you can do it easy in spring and summer „ right form the corner” . ||If you like to hiking the waterfall you need to drive 5 km. ||If you like to dowhill skiing you can reach Hochkar with its 9 lifts and 18 slopes in 20 km. If you like the cross country skiing you can reach Hochreit " langlaufloipe" in 20 km too.||||The hotel has a great wellness area with 3 different sauna and 15 rest beds. You can find similar services in 4-5 star hotels only.||||The hotel hasn't separated deposit for the ski equipments especially ski boots. The guest keep their used ski boots at the main entrance and the smell of the boots go up to...
