The local cuisine gem amidst the mountains. We only rate the restaurant , not a guest house. Welcoming and charming place with tradition and soul. You can meet both locals and passing by tourist. The place is exceptionally clean and cozy. The food itself was delicious. We had a crispy sznitzel with fries and sider salad. Salad has exceeded all our expectations - it was well seasoned and the addition of vinegar and potatoes positively surprised our tastes. Very remote place, just nowhere, but very very cosy, amazing surroundings if dining outdoors, and surprisingly - quite good food! Try a local trout, it is delicious. Of course, it is not a gourmet restaurant, you cannot expect a five stars cuisine, but still it is quite good. Extremely moderate pricing. Friendly. P.S. Unsere 124 Fiat Spider-Gruppe 2 (40 Leute) kam bei unserer heutigen Ausfahrt in Zuge des III. Internationalen Spidertreffen leider etwas verspätet in der Gastwirtschaft an. Das gesamte Personal empfing uns trotz der Umstände die wir dadurch verursachten, äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurden sogar "Sonderwünsche" bei den Essensbestellungen einiger Clubkollegen durch die Chefin des Hauses erfüllt, obwohl dies nicht vereinbart war. So etwas versteht man unter "SITUATIONSELASTISCH" ;-) Das kredenzte Essen wurde sehr schnell für diese hohe Personenanzahl serviert, war HERVORRAGEND zubereitet und toll angerichtet. Die große Auswahl der angebotenen Torten- und Kuchenstücke ist unglaublich und man merkt das die Zubereitung mit viel Herzblut erfolgt ist.
