We just ate here while traveling through.. and Oh my!! We were traveling through from the USA on vacation traveling Europe on motorcycles. We stopped for a bit for lunch here and it was a very pleasant surprise!! The food is excellent!! We absolutely loved the view off of the back deck and ,as stated previously the food was wonderful!! A gem right on the side of the road...

Bellissimo passo. Bellissima montagna. Giro in moto sul passo del Grossglockner e davvero merita quasi una giornata di visita. Il ghiacciaio, anche se purtroppo oggi un po ridotto, si erge verso il cielo blu e sembra quasi un fotomontaggio. Il laghetto sottostante color grigio azzurro da un impressione "lunare" e poi fare il passo tra cime di roccia argentea che brilla al sole, in una strada a serpentina che ci porta oltre i 2000 mt è davvero entusiasmante. La temperatura scende di parecchio lassù xcui è consigliabile portare maglie termiche sotto il giubbotto. Durante il percorso ci sono dei punti belvedere e ristoranti. Il centro che si trova alla fine della strada che porta al ghiacciaio è organizzata con parcheggio a piani, armadietti x riporre caschi zaini o qntaltro. Un edificio da raggiungere a piedi più in alto fatto di vetri, dà la possibilità di vedere, attraverso a cannocchiali, gli stambecchi e gli scalatori impegnati a raggiungere le vette. Uno spettacolo della natura. Un unico lato negativo : il pedaggio x la visita-percorso ci è sembrato un po troppo alto 24€ le moto...

Die Aussicht ist zwar ganz toll, doch die Bedienung nicht auf Zack. Wir kamen mit etwa 12 Personen, doch es war sonst niemand da. Essen konnten wir dort gar nichts. Hat alles gedauert. Auch zum Zahlen mussten wir dann an die Theke, weil keine Bedienung kam. War vom Service nicht begeistert, daher haben wir auch nichts gegessen, sondern nur Cafe oder Tee getrunken.

The view is great, but the service is not up to scratch. We came with about 12 people, but no one else was there. We could not eat anything there. Everything lasted. We also had to pay to the counter, because no service came. Was not enthusiastic about the service, so we did not eat anything, but only...
