On our way home we stopped for a takeaway food. The screen with order numbers didn't work properly or they weren’t using it. Instead the lady mumbled quietly last two digits in german so that took a while to even notice she was saying something. As i quickly looked in the bag just to check, the lady gave me the most annoyed look possible, quickly grabbed a bag of croutons (that she probably) forgot and threw it in there. I didn't want to bother her anymore, so I took it and went
After unpacking on the way (5 minutes later) we realized:
there is no fork for the salad they gave us wrong dressing (one which my wife really doesn't like) the fries were totally soggy and overdone to a point they were bitter the drink had ice even though I selected no ice
Oh and also there was no toy available for a happy meal so even our son was disappointed.
This is unfortunately our second bad experience there this summer so we are not returning to this...
Read moreBugged Kiosks and literally voided some of my Ms. My order 004, which the Kiosk printed, apparently didn't exist either. After insisting on getting the product, on which I used said Ms, at the cash register, they declined and gave an excuse that "We can't scan it here, only work on Kiosk but they also don't work." Seriously. I had the product activation confirmation infront of me and showed them multiple times. They weren't even bothered to give back my Ms. They were giving off the same excuse like a broken record. From what I've already seen, this is the worst one I have had the displeasure to order in. Read moreI recently had a terrible experience at the McDonald's on this location. Not only did they charge me twice for my meal, but they also managed to get my order completely wrong. I ordered a Mac meal, but I received a mac meal with some wierd sauses instead. When I brought this up to the staff, they were unhelpful and unapologetic, refusing to refund the extra charge or correct the order. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location...
