Restaurant Pizzeria Platzhirsch — Restaurant in Murau

Platzhirsch is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. I have now been here several times and each time I was astounded by the incredible aesthetics, atmosphere, FOOD and service. The waiters are extremely friendly and polite and you never have to wait long to have your food served. The food itself is breathtaking, it always tastes good and is exactly what it says on the menu. For example, if you order a large pizza, you get a LARGE pizza! But, despite the size, I had already eaten mine before I realised that I had wanted to take a picture of it because it was so good! Possibly the best restaurant in Murau (apart from Silvano)

I've been here twice. First ate pizza, wihch was not that good at all surprisingly (contrary to many reviews here). It wasn't italianish. I gave it a second chance though which paid off!

The pasta and salad dishes are very well made, tasty, big portions, italianish style! They were really rich with meat as well!

Excellent place to eat in Murau. We are visiting it for 7 years and they are still great if not better then first time. They do excellent pizza but rest of menu is good as well.
