Restaurant-Pizzeria Santa Lucia — Restaurant in Mutters

Ate there twice during our short ski weekend. The first visit - 5 stars: friendly and fast service, good pizza, low prices. The second visit - 2 stars... They were super busy, couldn't get a table (so book in advance, especially during the weekend!). The staff was still friendly and seemed to be fast. Since we couldn't get a table, decided to order for takeaway: 2 pasta dishes, risotto and a pizza, the order took 15 min - surprisingly fast! Haven't found salmon in my salmon pasta , instead it came with some cubes(!) of something, not sure what exactly it was, maybe frozen salmon, then reheated, tasted very bad... My friend's seafood risotto also tasted pretty bad, according to her, had crab sticks in it.. Pizza was still good. I realize that there is no fresh sea fish or seafood in close proximity, but it's better not to serve a dish than to serve something with bad ingredients. Conclusion:good place for pizza, book in advance, do not order...

Short: excellent (!!) service and very good pizza, parking lot "behind" the restaurant

Long: There's no shortage of good pizza choices in the region, but this one exceeded in terms of service imho. Been there after a hard day's work and within seconds we were greeted in a very nice manner and only after a couple of minutes we already got our drinks and pizza. The food is very good (although not better than other choices, but there's strong competition as I've said), the ambiance is nice and pricing is very fair (especially in these times). The parking lot is not very obvious when you arrive in the dark, but it's easily accessible just around the corner behind the restaurant. All in...

If you are in Innsbruck or close by just go here!! Superb food and the such warm and friendly people running the restaurant. Do try the haus wine! Outstanding pizzas and excellent bolognese pasta! We stayed right across the restaurant and went there quite a few times! Unfortunately not open during lunch hours😀

We reached mutters late in the day and the super markets were closed. When we asked the staff if we could get some milk anywhere close by for the next morning , out walked the owner with a carton of 1 litre milk and refused to take money from us. Really...
