Inn and guest house Thomahan — Restaurant in Peggau

On a 3 Week business trip in Friesach - at SSI-Schaefer. I cant thank them enough for their hospitality. Especially Primo the Dog who has ruined many a clean pair of trousers - I miss my dog - its not a problem. (He likes me !)||The family and staff are lovely.||LIz - organises everything all bookings ||Carolyn - runs a great House ||Katie, Sasha, Martin, Claudia, Rupert , Barbara - and a Smiley Lady who I don't know her name look after the all the guests and Rene - and Mum with all the team cook the most exquisite food - which is not expensive.||Do try the Goulash !!!||Finally my thanks to Waltraud and Rosemary for my washing and keeping the rooms lovely.||They are a dedicated team - Dad - entertains the guests !!!||||If you want a lovely time come to Thomahan !||||The Train station to the rest of Austria is 10 mins walk away. They have Bikes to hire and there is plenty to do at weekends when you can't get home to England. ||||There's and Aldi across the road to get bits and pieces - and they have guest fridges for keeping...

War um 11:00 dort. 29.06. Kellner relativ wortkarg. Fragte ob ich nur einen Löffel brauche für Beuschelsuppe mit Knödel. Mit nur einem Löffel wird man sich da schwer tun. Dann HSP. Ob ich zu meinem Gordon Preiselbeeren möchte. Ja sehr gerne. Der Kellner brachte das Beuschl, ich war mit meinem Getränk fast leer. Stellte das Essen hin, fertig. War dann nicht mehr gesehen. Das leere Teller servierte ein freundlicher Kollege ab. Besagter erster Kollege schaute zwar öfter zu mir, jedoch wenn man lieber drinnen steht statt einen Gast zu fragen. Es wurden dann noch 2 Tische besetzt. Aber gezählt habr ich 3 Mitarbeiter. Das Gordon wurde von einer Dame gebracht, ohne Preiselbeeren. Leider hatte ich nicht die Gelegenheit zu fragen, den Teller hingestellt und gleich wieder umgedreht. Und durch den Gastgarten rufe ich sicher nicht hinterher. Getränk war zu diesem Zeitpunkt leer. Als ich fertig war, kam der Kollege von Beginn und fragte ob es geschmeckt hat. Sagte ihm, dass die Preiselbeeren fehlten.... Seine Antwort....waren keine oben...ok Am Stuhl wo ich Platz nehmen wollte zu Beginn, war ein eingetrockneter grosser Blutfleck. Tauschte den Sitz, und sagte das dem Kellner. Er zuckte mit den Schultern...sagte naja und nichts weiter.

Das Positive. Beuschelsuppe ein Traum Und Gordon auch sehr gut zubereitet. Lob...
