Terrible experience. Today I was here with my friends just to have some drinks we ordered Aperol Spritz and it was the most disgusting Longdrink I ever had.

It was watery and the lemons were odd and smelled really bad.. as we told the bartender that something isn’t right with this drink they snapped at us and said everything is fine with it but this wasn’t the truth.

Like you could smell the bad out of this drink!

Never ever again!

Service really bad and not therefore making a customer happy.

So I have to add something:

The owner of this place immediately saw the review that I wrote and told us to leave his place in the next 5 minutes.

So yeah they really have a bad Customer Service because I was complaining polite and nicely about the drink and I also paid for that drink.

But he is not open for criticism and don’t want you to have a good day on this...

AGRESSIVE, ABNORMAL BARMANAGER!! We drunk coffes there and we asked for a glass of tap water next to the coffe. They tried to charge 2 euro for this tap water what is nonsense. When i said im not willing to pay for a tap water, the barmen started to act agressive and pushing me. I have been in hundreds of hutte’s in the last 20 years but that was my worst experience. It couldnt been happened. 1.: we paid the bill, you can see the pic for proof. 2.: every other hutte, the tap water is free if you are consuming other things. 3.: if maybe there is a argument between two people its absolutely unacceptable that the owner start to abusing, harrasing and act violence with a costumer or anybody!

The authorities should ban this aggressive person...

The place looks very nice from the outside, but the waitress with blonde hair was very (emphasis on very) rude and sloppy. We had to wait 50 minutes for tap water and one of our friends was left out when ordering. The waitress brought us an apple juice (which we had NOT ordered) and when it came to paying she wanted us to pay for 3 specialties, but we only got 2. She then said: “You should have told me you didn’t get it.” We would have informed her if she hadn’t kept running away. From that moment on she was very rude and had a very negative attitude.
