Landzeit Graz-Kaiserwald — Restaurant in Premstätten

The restaurant itself is nicely furnished and the atmosphere is good. Bathrooms are clean and the kids area is really nice. This is all what's good. Now, to the bad: the price vs quality of the food is unacceptable. The ingredients and taste of food are simply terrible. Either they lower the prices or they start cooking seriously. the buffet needs someone who maintains it and checks properly the freshness of the food. Stopping in a summer evening means finding hordes of flies laying on the salads, beans and potatoes. Nobody will touch such stuff and it will be thrown in the evening. By the way the buffet is the only easily affordable part of the restaurant. the staff needs motivation. I guess people are unhappy since customers are unhappy and complain. This ruins the nice atmosphere. The menu is too big and too rich in text and information. You do not design a menu this way. Too much food, to little quality. You could invert the trend by offering less meals but with better quality and taste, making it affordable for the owner and better for the client.

I'll close this review with a joke: Until things don't change, the owner should replace the word "Betrag" on the bill...

A stylish restaurant with a courtyard and outdoor seating. The waitresses were stylishly dressed in something like a local costume. Evidently, dogs are also welcome here, because outside there were many bowls of water for dogs at the tables. The menu was only in German. That caught us by surprise. The waiters also spoke only German. Fortunately, we somehow managed to communicate in broken German. However, I have to point out that everyone can choose something in this restaurant, but the prices are incredibly high. Viener schnitzel with rice for 33 EUR ugh it was the most expensive schnitzel in my life. Without a piece of lettuce or garnish, just 2 steaks and rice with peas. We also tried lasagna, they didn't offend, beef burger for 20 EUR average, nothing wow. The cheapest of our meal was spaghetti with tomato sauce around 15 EUR, but I have to say that even at home I can't make a mess of spaghetti like here. The spaghetti was overcooked. Sauce ok. but this was definitely not a gastronomic experience for that amount. The toilets were either for a fee or a voucher from the restaurant. But they weren't the...

I dont know what to say. Really expansive food of low qualitty. The staff does not speak english. You won't find menu in english. We ordered breakflast menu. Scrambled Eggs cost 17 €. It was dry, without taste. Price should be 3 euro for that qualitty. But the worst was lady at the checkout. She was rude to us. We ordered only two scrambled Eggs and we should pay for 3. She didn't understand of course. My 2 years daughter has piece of bread in her hands and she said that we had to pay for this. Of course we didn't pay anything. Because the bread was on our table in price of scrambled eggs. This was the last visit. Never again. Really expansive food in low qualitty. 70 euro for breakflast - 2 dry disgusting scrambled eggs, piece of toast with ham, piece of cake, disgusting cappucino for 6 euro !!!...
