I am loving my stay here! I booked a package and I was welcomed with a large beer. What a way to start my mini vacations! And who would have known sweets were waiting for me in the room?||My room is big and comfortable. I have a desk where I could work. The beds are also very comfortable. Everything was spotless!||Dinner was delicious and abundant. The waiter was also very caring and made sure everything was perfect.||The sauna area is great! It was empty when I got there, so had a lovely and relaxing time. Nice decoration, steam sauna, dry sauna, infrared sauna, solarium, jacuzzi… 👏👏👏||Having breakfast at the moment! So much to taste, everything looks fresh and delicious!||The views? Superb! Surrounded by nature and tall mountains! I am delighted by the view from my room, and I enjoy it more when sitting outside my balcony ☺️||Lovely hotel. Would definitely recommend it and come back! I am in love with the decoration, the carved wood roofs. On the good side: The hotel itself is very nice and authentic. We arrived before the official check-in time and were allowed into our rooms early, which we appreciated. The rooms seem recently renovated, although we did notice a bit of dust on some shelves and along the bed frame. Breakfast was simple but hearty.

On the downside: Our stay happened to coincide with Corpus Christi, and we were woken at 6 a.m. by loud church bells followed by cannon fire every few minutes for over an hour. This is clearly a tradition in Puch, and visitors should be aware — it’s extremely loud and disruptive.

It also felt like the hotel staff and the local administration were more focused on their holiday and parade than on guest comfort. Prior to arrival, we had requested to use bicycles and never heard back. On the other hand, we received several reminders to move our car before 9:30 a.m. due to the parade — including one left on our bed the day before. Despite this, my husband had to interrupt breakfast to move the car anyway because the parade started at 8:30 a.m. — a full hour earlier than expected.

Additionally, the night before was noisy as well; we were woken after midnight by loud shouts and stomping outside, probably guests leaving the restaurant.
