Very friendly staff, delicious pizza's. We were having our camper replaced with a lent one sinceo our broke down on our holiday to Italy. We decided to drink here something and eventually I was hungry so decided to ask if they still serve pizzas it was 10:30 pm they already cleaned everything. The two staff look at each other and say yeah we can make a pizza for you. So they did. It was a very good pizza. The other reviews are true!! I very recommend this place. After payment we got half schnaps glass of limocello. Very well done. Love to go back there. Next day I went there too ordered few drinks with my family, quick service even when the place was crowded. Loved this pizza as well. ❤️ 🍕

Excellent stone-oven baked thin-crust pizzas, great chicken salad and other Tiroler food and drinks. Friendly owner and people /guests. The Grappa shots are great and the seats outside under the grapevines created a very romantic atmosphere for us trying to escape the 35 C. summer heat in our hotel. We spent more evenings talking and drinking in this Italian restaurant than in the hotel. :) My girlfriend rarely eats ham, but she loved this prosciutto pizza. I think every hotel guest in Rum should have dinner here to relax a little with good vibrant, fresh food.

Unser Besuch war eine absolute Katastrophe! Wir bestellten drei kleine Pizzen und erhielten statt der gewünschten Buffala eine Rucola-Pizza. Alle drei Pizzen waren ungenießbar: verbrannt, steinhart und furztrocken. Es war, als hätten wir Steine statt Pizzen bestellt. Die Größe der Pizzen war ein schlechter Witz. Für 11,20 € erwartete ich zumindest etwas, das nicht an eine billige Tiefkühlpizza erinnert. Stattdessen erhielt ich eine winzige, dürftige Salami-Pizza, die jeden Supermarkt-Mikrowellen-Snack übertroffen hätte – aber im negativen Sinne. Der Chef des Hauses setzte dem Ganzen die Krone auf: absolut unfreundlich und komplett unfähig, auch nur ein Hauch von Kritik anzunehmen. Sein Verhalten war eine Frechheit und machte unseren Besuch noch unangenehmer. Dieses Lokal wird uns definitiv nie wieder sehen. Wer hier essen geht, ist selber schuld.

Ich war innerhalb weniger Tage zum dritten Mal beim Il Dottore in Rum. Leider war es für mich nun das letzte Mal.

Trotz fast leerem Restaurant kam erst nach 15 Minuten die Kellnerin an den Tisch (aber auch erst nach Rückfrage ob wir bestellen dürfen!). Sie hat dann den Chef geschickt für die Aufgabe der Bestellung.

Weitere 15 Minuten später kamen die vier Getränke. Zwei davon leider falsch (kleines Glas Wasser und großer Apfelsaft statt großen Glas Wasser und kleinen Apfelsaft). Man sollte sich die Getränke- und Essens-Bestellung von vier Gästen eben aufschreiben und nicht versuchen zu merken.

20 Minuten später stand das Essen auf dem Tisch (35 Minuten nach Aufgabe der Bestellung). Mein Sohn hatte Gemüse auf der Pizza das er nicht bestellt hatte. Und mein Vater bekam extra Knoblauch statt Gorgonzola.

Der Gratis Entschädigungs-Salat war zwar gut gemeint, konnte den Gesamteindruck aber nicht mehr...
