Bubis Schi- & Almhütte — Restaurant in Sölden

Food is good and the place is nice but the service is terrible. waiters are rude and gets easily angry with customers. either they are understaffed or the training of the waiters is not the right one. Better go to the hutte which is right above bubis, at least they treat their customers with respect.

Edit: I have no idea who is responding on behalf of the hutte, either the owner or some customer care team. But what I found more important is the fact that the owner was there, sitting outside in the front of the main entrance, saw and heard the discussion I had with the waiter and chose not to intervene. This is not about being crowded, about the weather and so on. Someone who cares about his business knows that customer...

A cozy, traditional-style restaurant near the slope. The portions are not large, but the food is tasty. The restaurant was full during lunch. When the waitress (a girl with bright red lipstick) brought the ordered dish, I asked for cutlery ( folks and knives) as there were none on the table. She publicly scolded me in front of all the restaurant guests, moralising that she is busy, has only two hands, and cannot do everything at once. Straight after , while carrying away the empty dishes, she hit them to my helmet. Neither she, nor her colleagues brought the cutlery later. I have never encountered such rudeness, bulling and disrespectful behaviour in Austrian restaurants. An...

Lovely spot. This was spoilt by the very rude waiter who swore at us when we asked to pay by card for our drinks. It is noted that the response below by the restaurant does not include an apology for one of their customers having been very rudely treated by one of its waiters but rather seeks to blame the customer. For information we spent around 20 euros and it was not noticeable in the menu that there was a minimum limit on card spending. I will take down the photo as it is clear that this restaurant doesn't object to its waiters swearing...
