Like everyone else said the view is nice…but for 300 euros without drinks is not worth it. Now for the experience: 1 . We arrived at 18:10 and got the main dish at 20:45 then the desert came at 21:25….so yeah…honestly bring a pizza with you because you will be starving here -Afterwards we had to go and look for another place who was serving food because the food here is overpriced and not even enough…I mean 150 euros and then having to look for another restaurant because you’re starving is a shame
Having a almost 4 hour dinner and still be hungry made for a pathetic experience…we left with 10 other people at the same time and we all met for a kebab in the village and started to make fun of this experience
Service was horrible the waiter was more focused on selling wine bottles to people then to check on the guests…maybe that’s how they stay in business make people drunk and hope they don’t complain because of the food,,, from what I was the owner(white longer hair) was drinking besides the bar so it makes sense that his staff are doing this.
The waiter was more then rude . We weren’t asked how we wanted the meat cooked and when the main came and I asked to be more cooked the waiter rolled his eyes …honestly if I needed an eye roll from a old Greek? waiter I would have gone somewhere else .You should train your staff better if you ask for so much money. I don’t need any judgement from staff because as long as I pay for a service and is not something outrageous I expect to receive it but apparently cooking 20 seconds more a stake is something the chef doesn’t know to do.
The only good thing was the restaurant manager (the one in suit) who was more then helpful and friendly. He was here on our previous visits and honestly you’re lucky to have him.
The atmosphere was like in a canteen, all the food came at the same time for the whole restaurant …it didn’t matter if some people finished earlier or later .
7.Just go anywhere else here they just look to sell wine bottles and they forgot how a restaurant works
My conclusion is that this is not worth it but if you still want to do come just send them the money and buy a pizza from the supermarket and it will be a better...

The food was excellent, nothing surprising, it actually matched my expectations at the given price point. Other restaurants in such heights ('gourmet' ones as well) often take food less seriously and try to make up for it woth their eye-catching views. The ice Q, though, has high-end food and a majestic panorama!
The pricing is definitely on the higher end but relatively modest compared to other gourmet restaurants around Austria. I actually ended up paying less than expected (including tips, of course:), and would go there again when I am in Sölden again.
The staff is what gave me mixed feelings about my experience, now don't get me wrong, they were all very polite and understanding, but ended up taking an unusually long time to serve and take away used dishes, even when asking them to do the most minor tasks it took them minutes on end. I like to think that I am no spoiled person, but I really felt like the service I had received at any gourmet restaurant I have been at before was better than this one - despite the ice Q being almost empty at the time of my meal. I hope their staff becomes more attentive to their customers next time I go there.
The chef made a great impression, despite not having directly interacted with him, especially when a servant brought me a nice little plate with the 'chef's...
Read moreThe whole experience was interesting, but this is not a good restaurant for a dinner. The food was most of the time good, but wasn’t excellent. Also they have a lot of tables and it’s really tight. You could feel that the restaurant is overcrowded during this summit dinner. Other than that, atmosphere is nice. Great touch was way up with a “nice stop” in between the lifts.
Wine pairing was very good and definitely worth the price.
What was extremely falling behind was the staff. What shocked us - with main courses the waiters were just putting the plates on the table without even a word about a dish. From 5 main courses we got some basic informations from waiter only about dessert. It was extremely low service level in comparison to other restaurants at this price point. You could feel that 90% of the staff didn’t care at all, just putting plates on table and wanting to go home. The only thing that saved the day was one caring waitress that really was doing good job, but she couldn’t do everything on her own. I think it might be a good place for a lunch for skiers; on slope, nice view, quality food, but not a place for a fancy dinner. Price for a dinner like michelin star restaurant, quality (especially of...
