The service is absolutely terrible, entirely disorganised and utter carnage. My food arrived c. 20 minutes after the rest of the friends I was with - who had already finished - and when I asked after it I was dismissed in a really rude manner (she basically flung her arm back at me and walked off).

When the food arrived, it was average at best and when one of the party asked for cheese on their burger, they were told it wasn’t possible. We would have ordered a second bottle of wine but no chance after that.

Avoid like the plague… every other älm on the mountain is...

Honestly some of the best Spinat Knödels I’ve ever had. Served in plenty of butter with a fresh delicious salad on the side. Bought a Holunder-Spritz (Alcohol free elderflower soda) which was very refreshing and not too sweet - just as I like it. The Kaiserschmarren was also worth recommending - not to sweet which was just 😚👌🏼 The waiters were kind and understood English. Even though the outside seating was not even half full, the staff was extremely busy. We got our drinks more than 15 minutes after our food arrived.
