I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend and some friends 5 nights...including new year's eve. The experience was very positive! ||||The hotel is located in Murau (Austria), very close to a sky station (5 minutes by car)...the slopes are great!||||Important, cleanliness is a priority in this hotel! The rooms and the bathroom were very clean. Also note that rooms and the bathrooms are big, and you can adjust the temperature of the heater for yourself. This is not a luxury hotel, but the quality of the facilities is excellent.||||The food service was very good, especially the dinner (we were given a wide array of different options every day...all meals were excellent). The service was also excellent...very friendly (in fact they make you feel home!), and always timely and efficient. Also, people in the hotel speak English.||||Things to take into account (nothing to worry about...just minor issues)...The breakfast was kinda repetitive: few choices and always the same. Also, note that you may have connectivity problems (internet not always works)...But again, nothing to worry about because the place is very good!||||Overall...a great experience in a very...

We spent 4 nights here in December and had a great time. Fortunately there was no music in the dining room :). It was a family outing, and since we have food allergy issues, we asked them if they could accommodate us and they could and did cook a separate meal for every dinner, provided lactose and gluten free stuff for breakfast. We had the half-board accommodation, and the food was good quality local stuff. Filling and tasty, and there was even one or two vegetarian choices.||Only the owner speaks English with any reliability, but everyone was very helpful and friendly. ||The rooms were spacious, clean. We could adjust the temperature for ourselves. ||The bathrooms were also nice and surprisingly big.||We went there to ski, and it is only 5 minutes from the slopes and has a heated place to store your boots, you don't have to take them up to your room to dry them out.||Not a luxury resort, but a...
