This retreat doesn’t overwhelm with options. It doesn’t greet you with flute samples or scented slogans. It simply places you in silence — structured, intentional, and complete.

The adults-only area is not a luxury — it’s a moral victory. Here, nothing beeps. Nothing shouts. You hear only your own thoughts and, occasionally, the sound of warm water shifting as someone slowly redistributes their stress.

And then: the infinity jacuzzi. Not a gimmick. Not for a photo opportunity. But a true architectural decision to frame mountains as a meditation. You lean back into warmth, and the alpine line draws the horizon exactly where your thoughts should stop.

But then, there’s breakfast. And suddenly, you understand that care can be culinary.

The selection is vast — not vulgar. No tower of waffles, no dry cereals in dispensers. Instead: an elegant spread of vegetables, grains, cheeses, breads still breathing from the oven.

Hidden beneath counters and in discreet drawers, you find fermented options you’d expect only at a microbiome conference: fibre-rich pickled roots, cultured yoghurts, slow-crafted krauts. They don’t advertise it. You just notice you feel better.

And yes — local fish. Not performing on a platter, but served simply, confidently, as if to say: this is what water and patience taste like.

Staff? Friendly without theatre. Present without hovering. They know you came to be left alone — and they leave you better than they found you.

Sono stato recentemente in questo locale e purtroppo devo condividere la mia esperienza estremamente negativa. Il cameriere giardiniere che ci ha servito si è dimostrato non solo scortese, ma anche totalmente disinteressato al rispetto delle norme igieniche più basilari.

Ho avuto l’occasione di osservare il cameriere mentre inaffiava fuori senza neanche prendersi la briga di lavarsi le mani. Questo comportamento mi ha profondamente sconcertato e mi ha fatto dubitare della qualità igienica della cucina e del cibo che ci è stato servito.

Purtroppo, le mie preoccupazioni si sono rivelate fondate quando il cibo è arrivato al tavolo. Era evidente che la presentazione era trascurata e la qualità del cibo era al di sotto delle aspettative. Era un disastro completo: piatti freddi, porzioni mal cucinate e una mancanza di attenzione ai dettagli culinari che avrebbe potuto rovinare l’intera esperienza gastronomica.

Mi dispiace dover dire che non posso consigliare assolutamente questo locale a nessuno. La combinazione di un cameriere giardiniere scortese e poco igienico, insieme a un cibo di bassa qualità, ha contribuito a creare un’esperienza negativa che mi ha deluso profondamente.

Spero sinceramente che l’azienda prenda sul serio questi feedback e intraprenda azioni correttive immediate. È essenziale che il personale venga formato adeguatamente sull’igiene e sul servizio al cliente, garantendo così un’esperienza positiva per tutti i visitatori.

Wir waren vor Weihnachten und über Silvester dort und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Alle Mitarbeiter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bereits beider Buchung brauchten wir Hilfe und mussten wegen uns ein paar Dinge hin und her schieben. Dies war gar kein Problem. Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns direkt unterstützt, war nie genervt und hat sich auch noch selbst hilfreiche Gedanken gemacht. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Sehr süß und schön renoviert, die Bäder sind modern und groß. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Jeder Wunsch wurde so gut es ging erfüllt. Die Damen waren stets guter Laune und haben auch herzlich unsere Kinder bedient. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Ich habe noch nie so gute Spinatknödel gegessen und dann noch mit Trüffelschaum. Unser Nachtisch war ein Traum - Schokoladenküchlein mit flüssigem Kern. Die Ortschaft selbst ist ca. 10 Minuten vom Skigebiet in Flachau entfernt. Für uns war das gar kein Problem. Vorteilhaft ist, dass ein Übungslift direkt um die Ecke ist. Da kann man auch mal ganz locker einen Nachmittag mit den Kids verbringen.

Wir waren insgesamt einfach nur begeistert und hatten einen super schönen Start ins neue Jahr. Wir haben das Hotel, das Restaurant aber vor allem die Mitarbeiter ins Herz geschlossen. Wir können es nur empfehlen und werden definitiv wieder kommen! Danke für...
