The worst work experience ever. There were many days, when we had to work more than 10 hours, even it was illegal. We worked more than 6 days in a week, which is also illegal. And then there come customers, who think that we are their servants and that they own us. But the truth is, that we did our best and we smiled even though we were angry at the system and at people, ho didn't want to accept anything. What were we supposed to do? Also stupid TISCHservice. Many times we fell down the way, we almost hurt ourselves. And customers were then angry at us that it took too long time. Or the food was cold. And as a seasonal eyployee from Slovakia, I could see how hard it can be to communicate with colleagues, who speak only their non-german language. English 0 points and German the same, which is very sad, because this is AUSTRIAN McDonalds, so German should be at first place. Or at least English language should be spoken according to it. Their only solution to this problem was to ignore customer's needs and to act like nobody asked anything. Or that they "didn't hear anything". So that's also a review from...
Read moreLove this place for its stunning and panoramic views of the mountains.
Open 24 hours a day, it is big and spacious, with seats catering to big groups, families, and even the lone traveller. It also has a kid's play area with slides within the restaurant, but enclosed, so one is not disturbed. There's also a McCafe for those who need a good caffeine fix for the long journey ahead.
Ordering is a breeze here, with self-ordering kiosks, and the friendly staff works quickly.
You have to pay 50cents for the toilet but you receive a coupon of the same value, which you could then use to offset the cost of your meal at the restaurant.
It was a much appreciated pit stop for our family on the way to Italy from Germany. We loved it enough to stop by again on...
Read moreSolid quality, with an amazing view. I’ve had to make the stop here frequently, as I live in northern Italy and regularly travel to Germany for work, and we will always make the stop here, as it’s roughly halfway through the alps, and provides wonderful views to this gorgeous mountain range! The food is always fairly consistent with quality, nothing superb, but it’s better than most McDonald’s. I have noticed If you go outside of normal rush times the fries will be cold and soggy. During lunch/dinner rush the food is always hot, but the wait can sometimes be 15-20 mins max. If you’re driving your way through the alps and want a quick bite, I...
