McDonald's — Restaurant in Spittal an der Drau

We will NEVER visit here again.... We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals, the burgers came without bacon, the fries were soggy & cold. I returned to the counter to ask for fresh fries, one, of the around 20 staff behind the counter eventually acknowledged me , rolled her eyes and gave me 2 new fries which were equally cold and soggy. By then I had lost the will to protest more but the entire experience was totally unacceptable. No apology, no smiles, no customer awareness or service at all Whoever is running this place needs to sort it out quickly!!!!! Never seen so many staff with no clue what they were doing and no wonder the fries were cold, the kid working that station had literally around 30 portions lined up under the 'heat lamp' and no-one correcting him.that perhaps this is ok during a rush period but not when it was quiet during our visit... So very disappointed...

Easy access from main road and a great place to calm the kids during a spree at the surrounding shops. Always appears clean even at busy times like school holidays. I particularly like the fact there's a separate coffee and cake counter. No queuing with the fast foodies and the cafe latte, hot or iced is the best for miles. The digital pre order display speeds things up when the kids, and adults are hungry so reduces the stress levels too. The food is fresh and tasty. iPads are available for use on both floors and soft play areas inside and out. Outside seating is available but if you're a non-smoker like me, then it's best avoided, which can be disappointing...

To be honest one of the best McDonald's I have ever visited. Huge with lots of own ordering machines. Looking totally modern and quick to deliver the food. Even if you they had lots to do they girl behind the counter asking if I needed help to the table with my order, this is a first one. Not directly on the Autobahn but the few minutes it took is worth it. Have been there before and will definitely go back. Big parking lot outside. If something bad needs to be said, Pommes was cold and not the best quality. Well...
