Horribly rude waiter and absolutely terrible service. My friend and I came tired after a hard and long walk to refresh ourselves at this establishment on the recommendation of a local resident. We could not imagine that we would encounter such blatant rudeness and bad manners of the staff. We were required to immediately place an order and when we tried to find our way, which was difficult since the staff flatly refused to understand us in English, we were required to immediately leave the table since they did not have time for us. When we became indignant and demanded an explanation of the reason for refusing to serve us, the head waiter, as we understood it, ran out and started shouting at us in German, unfortunately we did not understand what he was shouting, but clearly not very friendly. We came to visit Switzerland and Liechtenstein and only stopped in Austria for a couple of hours, but we were left with a terrifying impression of this country. Perhaps the rumors that Austrians are the most unfriendly and rude people have some basis. Beautifully located within green and old mighty trees at the outside seating area. The inside is renovated with a modern touch but still kept a rustic ambient. As expected you get a big variety of different beers from a local brewery, Frastanzer. The ones we tried all had a distinctive taste. The dishes on the menu offer a lot of meat-heavy but also vegan and vegetarian options. We've tried the Cordon Bleu and vegetarian Rösti, they were both big portions and very well made. Wir hatten unsere Weihnachtsfeier so wie letztes Jahr im Löwen. Leider hat der Pächter gewechselt. der Kellner (Chef) war unfreundlich, arrogant und überheblich! die Bedingung unmotiviert und total überfordert. Das Essen katastrophal. Das einzige was dort gesalzen ist - ist der Preis - masslos überteuert ! alles in allem eine Bodenlose Frechheit !! Schade um das schöne Lokal. Wir kommen NIE wieder !!

Also wenn der Chef schreit" wer nicht aufzeigt - bekommt nichts zu essen. Ist dies bestimmt nicht förderlich . Das Kalbfleisch war zäh und ungenießbar. Die meisten hab es zurück geschickt. bei den Käsespätzle kam der Beilagen Salat und die Spätzle dazu 1 Stunde später. Da waren die anderen schon fertig mit essen. es war alles sehr lieblos angerichtet. Der Getränkeservice hat überhaupt nicht geklappt. die Kellnerin ( ein Lächeln oder freundlich zu sein gehört bei ihr nicht dazu) kam wenn man sie holte ( 10 min später) oder wir holten die Getränke selber. abgeräumt wurde auch nicht. Wenn man so viele Veranstaltungen annimmt sollte man auch genügend Personal haben. 2 Personen fürs gefüllte Lokal ist einfach zu wenig. das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht ! Am Tag davor war eine andere Gruppe unsere Firma bei ihnen essen. Das Essen wurde beanstandet und die Antwort des Kellner - die anderen haben es auch gegessen!
