Call Pizza 22 — Restaurant in Vienna

The food was good, the employers not so much. We decided on eating some pasta and soup and came across “Call Pizza 22” on Takeway App (romanian version of the austrian one) After an hour + waiting for some notifications like where’s the food etc, we see on the app that the order it’s on its way to us. We were waiting for about 15 min to discover that the food was not even put up for delivery. Seeing this we decided to call the restaurant and we were “welcomed” by a non english speaker who had no clue about anything. We mentioned that the food will be brought to a hotel and told them that we don’t speak german so I have no idea why the guy kept talking in german and then hung up. After 1h:30 we got really angry so we went smoking but surprise, the food and the delivery guy were in front our hotel with no intention on calling us to come pick it up. I don’t want to come across rude but it’s 2021 and it’s a little bit embarrassing to not know basic english. So TOURISTS, avoid this place via Lieferando because it’s awful! Furchtbar! Finger weg ! Der schlimmste Umgang mit Kunden. Wir waren sehr treue Stammkunden bisher die Fehler wurden in letzter Zeit immer mehr (vor allem bezahltes wurde oft vergessen). Aber diesmal war es ein bisschen zu viel. Nach dem man uns falsch beliefert hat (was weder das erste mal noch ein Problem wäre), wurde ich als Kunde am Telefon angeschrien, der Fahrer kam dann nochmal mit der richtigen Pizza in der Hand er hatte sie vertauscht aber er wollte uns weder die richtige Pizza geben noch das Geld zurück. Statt sich für die Fehler zu entschuldigen wollte der Fahrer mit meinem Handy in der Hand gehen und der nette Herr Chef der mich nur duzt während ich ihn siezte meinte nur wir haben schon zu wir sollen wo anders bestellen. Auch nachdem ich ihm langsam erklären wollte wie oft wir bestellen war ihm alles egal. Bei aller liebe da kann das Essen noch so gut sein, man muss sich als Kunde nicht auf indisch...
