Really delicious food with an amazing view on the mountains. We reserved late but still managed to get a table at the terrasse. We ordered the rindesuppe with a cheese Knödel, it tastes wonderful and fresh. I would highly recommend it. My partner had then the schnitzel with fries, and I had the chicken with Kürbis from the daily menu. The schnizel tastes really nice and the meat was good quality. My chicken had an amazing rosemary flavour and crispy skin. It was a very high quality lunch for a good price. As a dessert we wanted to eat a Kaiserschmarrn but they didn't have it on the menu anymore. However the waitress kindly ask the chef to make us one, it tasted it really nice too. It was served with Rosinen and almonds and a plum compote.

We decided to go there spontaneously and the restaurant was completely full. However, we were lucky and one table became free as guests cancelled the reservation in last minute. We had a table outside with a perfect view to the mountains & landscape. It is a great place for dining in this region. Every dish that we ordered was very tasty and there is nothing to complain about, except couple wasps but of course it is not restaurant´s fault. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I can highly recommend this place if you are staying close to this area. Das Wirtshaus BergpfeffeR ist definitiv einen Besuch wert, wenn Sie ein unvergessliches kulinarisches Erlebnis in einer atemberaubenden Umgebung suchen und zu dem, einen tollen Bergblick auf der Terrasse haben wollen.

Trotz des hohen Andrangs bei unserem Besuch war das Personal sehr bemüht, einen reibungslosen Service zu gewährleisten. Die Freundlichkeit und der Einsatz der Servicekräfte waren wirklich bemerkenswert.

Was das Essen angeht, so waren sowohl das Schnitzel (Wiener Art) als auch die Regenbogenforelle ausgezeichnet und sehr lecker. Die Gerichte waren frisch zubereitet und von hoher Qualität.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist die offene Küche, durch die man den Köchen bei der Zubereitung der Speisen zusehen kann. Das trägt nicht nur zur Transparenz bei, sondern macht das Essen zu einem interaktiven Erlebnis.

Ein weiteres Plus ist der kleine Laden im Wirtshaus, in dem man Hausgemachte Marmelade und andere Spezialitäten kaufen kann. Das ist eine nette Geste, um ein Stück des BergpfeffeR-Erlebnisses mit nach Hause zu nehmen.

Auch die Parksituation ist gut geregelt. Zwar gibt es nicht übermäßig viele, aber ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor Ort...
