I recently had the pleasure of having dinner at Da Rocco, and I was very impressed. I was seated immediately, and my drink order was taken right away. My server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the "Pizza Napoletana", which is a classic Neapolitan pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and basil. The pizza was cooked perfectly, and it was very tasty. The crust was thin and crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.

I also ordered a side of "Spaghetti Carbonara", which was also delicious. The pasta was cooked al dente, and the sauce was rich and creamy. The bacon and Parmesan cheese were the perfect finishing touch.

The interior of Da Rocco is very nice. It is modern and stylish, but it also has a warm and inviting feel. There is plenty of seating, and there is also a nice outdoor patio where you can sit on a warm evening.

Bad experience . We saw all the good reviews and thought: this must be good right?

Well, when we arrived we sat down outside in the garden. We waited for 30 minutes for someone to get our order but were just ignored.

We decided to take measures into our own hands and asked if we could order something. My wife is vegetarian and unfortunately there were not many choices to pick from on the menu. She asked the waiter and he said: “we can make the gnocchis dish veggie for you”. I ordered a pizza Parma.

The food came: the gnocchis had pork meat in them! We told the waiter and he was ‘shocked’. He said, “I’ll get you some new dish with gnocchi, presto and basil.” He also offered an apple juice drink as an apology.

All right, so the new dish came and it was just exactly the same with out the pork meat. The sauce was brown and just didn’t look appealing. Also the ‘free apology drink’ never came.

My pizza was not bad but definitely not good either. We’ve had way better!

Al in all, we had to pay the lot which we did not even eat OR actually ordered.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Da Rocco, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We started off the dinner with 4 different Bruscettas which were very delicious. After that we ordered the Pizza Margherita and the Beef Filet (medium) with ruccola and parmesan. The meat was very soft and juicy, so I would definitely recommend to get it if you visit the restaurant. The Pizza Margherita was good, but not the best I had yet. The crust is very thick, which is not what I personally prefer.
