The building is a typical Tyrolese style which opens up on a wide field. It is equipped of rooms and flats of different measures, such as 3, 4 or 5 people.||At the ground floor, you can find a restaurant offering typical dishes. Next to it there’s a farm where they produce milk, butter and cheese used in the restaurant. All of this led by the Tschabitscher Family.||My family and I usually book for a 4-people-flat. The apartment is really well-maintained, clean and comfortable. It is equipped of a small hall, a kitchenette, a balcony overlooking a breathtaking view on the mountains, two rooms including a sofa bed and a double bed and two bathrooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, both at the welcome and during the stay. We usually stay here for 1 week and it’s always such a great pleasure to come back again. My family and I usually go there in summer. If you like swimming, the pension is very close to one of the most considerable lakes of the region called “Weissensee” (which means “White lake” in German) of which the pension has a private beach. In fact, during the summer season, the building provides you to give a bunch of keys which you can keep during all your stay in order to access. In addition, the building provides you also to give a pass available in all the attractions of the area which you can get some reductions with.||During the morning of August 15th, in the close village of Techendorf, there are beautiful stands selling handmade products, from the body care to food.||If you go there in winter, you can skate on the lake which freezes in this period of the year. The view is beautiful and the food was good enough, but the service of the young lady with the tattoos was unacceptable. Supposedly our kids were not kind enough with the animals (rabbits I think), which is understandable if that’s the case and she was right to inform us. (By the way this is not something we have experienced before with our kids and definitely something they should learn from)|However the way of communicating by screaming in front of all guests and without explaining what happened is unacceptable. Obviously we had a conversation with our kids afterwards. Everyone makes mistakes and it’s only by communicating that things get resolved. Very unprofessional communication style and I can only relate it to bigger frustrations than this event only. I was here before in 2006 and the memories I have from that evening is completely the opposite from what happened today. We had the most beautiful evening back then and the service and kindness was impeccable. In fact, it’s one of the reasons I went back to the Weissensee.
