Berggasthaus Sonnalm Westendorf im Brixental — Restaurant in Westendorf

A truely awful experience - it was after rush hour yet the service was disgraceful. The food arrived over an hour after we tried to order. It was cold when it arrived, some of it didn't arrive and when I went up to ask about this the waitress was exceedingly rude and told me to sit back down. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant.

(Update in reply to reaoonse) - the so called young waitress who I was rude to shouted at me and my family to sit down on two occasions - once when we were trying to resolve the issue of our food and the other time WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO PAY! As a meabhair atá siad...! Also, I know you're not McDonald's, but at least in McDonald's the waitress wouldn't verbally abuse you for raising an issue, maybe you should consider getting some advice from them? They have a much better all round show going on - kind staff and hot food. And I most certainly will be avoiding The Sonnalm like the plague! Don't think that I will be as stupid to go back. Waren letzten Freitag an einem zugegebenermaßen Supertag draußen gesessen. Nachdem nach 60 Minuten alle die mit uns bestellt hatten und nach uns bestellt hatten Ihr Essen hatten und schon fertig waren und wir immer noch nichts bekommen hatten, sind wir nach 80 Minuten gegangen. Auf mehrmaligen Nachfragen bei 3 unterschiedlichen Kellnern wurde uns nur mit einem Lächeln abgetan, dass das Essen noch kommen wuerde. Es hat sich keiner bemüht einmal in der Kueche nachzufragen bzw. im System zu checken. Hatten uns aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und der Super Lage sehr darauf gefreut!!!
