We held our wedding at Kristallhütte earlier this summer and would highly recommend it to anyone that is interested. Coming from Canada, it could have easily been an intimidating experience planning a destination wedding, but the staff at Kristallhütte made it as stress free as possible. From our very first e-mail inquiring about the venue, through to our checkout the day after the wedding, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best wedding experience possible. The recommended vendors were also easy to deal with and exceeded expectations.

When we finally arrived for our big day and saw the venue in person, it was simply stunning and better than any photo can capture. The outdoor terrace served as a beautiful ceremony space overlooking the mountain backdrop. Our group booked the entire 12 rooms/suites and everyone was extremely happy with their rooms and ameneties. My wife and I stayed in one of the suites and found the room rivaling other luxury hotels we've stayed at. The food and drinks throughout our stay were also excellent.

The view was absolutely gorgeous, sadly it did not make up for the poor customer service of some of the waitresses. What I don't get is how the 'plant based' burger isn't fully plant based, but had cheese & eggs in it, to call it plant based is a little confusing. Anyway, as I am allergic to dairy I ordered it without cheese, in deutsch. So there could not have been any miscommunication. When the burger came, it didn't come with the other orders. But it had cheese on it. When I asked if it had cheese on it the lady got mad at me for cutting in. Said now she had to throw it away, making it seem my fault, while I ordered it without cheese. So that left me with a bit of a negative feeling. Then I had to wait 45 min for a replacement burger, so all with all not the best experience.
