SERVICE WAS REALLY TERRIBLE! We waited for waiter more than 30 minutes only for ordering food, but they all just ignored us, and also many other clients like us. I asked for 5 different waiters to come in take orders, they all directed me to different people, but it was just ignoring. I told the administrator that I will never come to this place, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone, and we just left that place. There’s the restaurant just nearby called “Shefa Fish house”, service was great and we felt satisfied. But in Derya we wested out 1 hour times and lots of nerves. Usually I don’t write bad review, but I had to do it, because If I don’t write it, probably they will never rise the...

A must visit place for locals and tourists. However, some minor things I did not like.

Pros: The quality of service is very nice. Personel is friendly and very helping. (I am not sure about their ability of speaking English) The food is very delicious. The prices are acceptable. Not very high. The place is enormous, there is a place to walk, and place for kids to play. Neat and tidy.

Cons: Table and chairs are connected, you have to sit as they are constructed. You can move them as one piece (two benches, one table), not separately. -The parking is not according to the place's size.

During summertime, they have an open space, near seaside, so it is...

The MUST to come, if you stay in Baku more than one day. Quite a long way to go out from the city center, but it worth to. Easier to take taxi because it is impossible to park the car. Authentic local place for locals. Crowded always. Now there are many similar restaurants around, but this one is the first and the best. Very simple restaurant, right on the seashore. Delicious fresh fish either fried or grilled. There are local kinds of fish like kefal or kutyum. You can take also sturgeon, trout or dorado if you prefer boneless. Interesting to watch lifestyle of local people. There are big families, many...

One of my bucket list going to Baku is to try tons of fish dishes, and this place happens to almost have it all, except those fish that are off season. Trout is a must try. Price wise it is decent, generous amount of serving. You can tell the freshness of the food and that it is cooked with love. For some reason I just really love watermelon in Baku its available wherever we go and in this restaurant of course, it’s really sweet good for summer thirst. Would love to visit this place again and will surely recommend with friends. Cheers to the Team!

Important notice - this is a fish only restaurant, so no lamb for you. For a shockingly low price you can get a wast selection of fish. What’s important, that all d(f)ishes are well cooked, well seasoned and delicious. The service was on a high level and atmosphere is beyond amazing: Caspian waves right before you, a wast expanse of tables, gardens, playground (all fish themed). I’d recommend to take a d tour to visit this restaurant, even if you are far away from it, especially if you like nature, fish and eating outside.
