Couldn’t be worse. We were prompted to select our preferred check-out time when we booked through their website. I was able to select “11:59pm - free of charge.” This seemed like an unusual but excellent feature as our plane leaves at 4:20am, so we will go over to the airport when we leave in the middle of the night.

When we arrived we were informed that check-out time is 12pm no matter what, despite the fact that my booking confirmation CLEARLY states my selected check-in and check-out times for the price we were quoted. We planned our stay around this. We were then told we would have to pay 50% extra to stay until 6pm or pay the full room rate to stay until midnight. There was ZERO compromise offered. They blamed whoever makes their website, telling us they had lots of complaints about this. They also said that because we booked so early they are unable to change the reservation. This means they had months to tell us that this check-out was an error and would be an additional charge, and simply failed to? We were told nothing could be done because the hotel is fully booked, but they have no problem extending our stay if we pay. It is all about money. I would have at least appreciated an offer to comp the breakfast.

To add insult to injury we had a very hard time figuring out which restaurants were open and what was being served. When we finally went to the cafe I tried to order a lemonade and was told they couldn’t do any of the flavours they had listed, and then told “maybe strawberry.” We ordered that, a beer, a 3 cheese platter, and qutab. We waited over an hour before going to the bar to see what was happening, at which point she said “oh I’ll make it.” The drinks come 10 minutes later and the food shortly after that. The cheese platter is missing 2/3 cheeses and when we point that out we’re told “oh sorry they’re out.” We’re now ordering the remainder of our dinner in from a delivery service.

I have never been as...

Nestled just moments away from Baku Airport, Fly Inn Baku is the perfect oasis for travelers seeking convenience without compromising on comfort. My recent stay at this airport hotel with my family for overnight exceeded all my expectations and set the tone for an enjoyable trip. Upon my arrival, I was greeted at the airport gate by a friendly staff member holding a sign with my name. This thoughtful touch made me feel welcomed right from the start. Within just one minute, I was whisked away in a comfortable vehicle to the hotel, where the check-in process was seamless and efficient. The room itself was impressively spacious, offering a lovely blend of modern decor and functionality. With plenty of space to move around, it was a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the large windows provided ample natural light, making the room feel even more inviting. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The hotel boasts an excellent buffet that caters to a variety of tastes. From fresh fruits to delicious pastries and hot dishes, there was something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared omelets and the rich, aromatic coffee, which fueled my day perfectly. If you’re traveling to or from Baku, Fly Inn Baku is a fantastic choice, offering an unmatched blend of convenience, comfort, and hospitality. It’s truly a hidden gem that makes the travel experience all the more enjoyable. I look forward to returning on my next trip whenever I need a short...

During my 13-hour layover in Baku, I chose to unwind at the Fly Inn Baku Hotel, seeking a relaxing break between flights. Discovered online and backed by positive reviews, the hotel exceeded expectations. The modern and clean ambiance, convenient service, and optional flexible check-in and check-out policies appealed to my preferences. The spacious rooms, well-stocked bathroom essentials, plush robes, and excellent modern gym contributed to a comfortable stay. The gym and pool not only provided excellent facilities but also allowed me to rejuvenate after a previous long-haul flight. Despite being in close proximity to the airport, the hotel maintained a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The exceptional Azerbaijani hospitality made me feel like an awaited guest, and the hotel's value for money was evident. While the slightly outdated furniture and bath tub were minor considerations, they did not significantly impact the overall positive experience. I recommend Fly Inn Baku Hotel for travelers seeking a peaceful layover, offering excellent amenities such as a spa, quiet lobby areas, spacious rooms with excellent glazing to minimize runway noise, and reliable Wi-Fi for those looking to work...

My check-in was late, at 1 am with my family, and it was smooth, thanks to Mr. Murath who helped me quickly to do what was necessary. The room was good, with clean with comfortable pillows and a bed with all the standard amenities, and the location is best for someone who wants to avoid going inside the city late at night. I must say that the breakfast was amazing, and the service was excellent. The only suggestion is to add a handy water jet next to the WC which will add more value and justify the needs and prove equality of the Middle East and Subcontinent travelers, unlike keeping the western standards only.

Fantastic stay in Fly inn. The hotel is 5 min walk from the airport or they send a free shuttle to pick you up, there are two outside and one inside pool, sauna and hammam - very relaxing after a flight. The restaurant is open 24/24 and breakfast is nice too. I highly recommend the place
