Villa Turkish Cuisine — Restaurant in Baku City

I will give this place 5 star because it is hard to find a good place in that area. I visited it with my family for a lunch, so we were told that we can sit only for 1.5 hours with no reservation. Parking is always a challenge at Amburan Mall. I guess it is very hard to book a place for a dinner. The service was nice and delivery of food was on time. We ordered standard Turkish stuff, a pide, lamb kebab, cheese sticks, salad, fish, soup, chicken wings. Everything was tasty. Bread was warm and freshly baked, salad made out of nice fresh vegetables - a good indicator of a good kitchen. And yes - it is expensive, more than you would pay in a typical Turkish restaurant. This was the second time we left the restaurant after giving it another chance. The managers are not using professional language with customers. We arrived at 12:30 and asked for lunch, but they told us lunch starts at 12:45 and that we could only order from the breakfast menu, which we didn’t want. They told us to wait until 12:45 to order, which didn’t make sense. I can't comment on the food because we didn’t get to try it for the second time. I would advise them to improve their customer service and be more flexible with orders, especially when it's just a 15-minute difference. They could have taken our order and processed it after 15 minutes instead of arguing with us for 15 minutes. If you are also sensitive while you are hungry definitely not a right...
