Hard to find but it’s inside of a parking lot across from the airport and to the side. The lady who runs this place is very nice. We ordered the jerk chicken and steamed fish plates and they were fresh, flavorful, homey, and authentic! My jerk chicken had some kick and she also give you a jar of her homemade spicy vinaigrette sauce — wow! It’s like “Bahamaian Fish Sauce.” Good on everything. Must try her coleslaw too. I tried the sausage breakfast sandwich on homemade coconut bread. It was amazing! The sandwich plus a bottled soda cost only $8 - probably the most inexpensive meal I've had in the Bahamas. The woman working behind the counter was so friendly and sweet. She encouraged us to sit under the awning and enjoy the beautiful day while we ate our food (despite my husband having purchased food from a different vendor). It is one of the best local foods in Bahamas. The location is closed to the Lynden International Airport. We got 2 combo (one with chicken jerk and other with pork) + one diet coke and potato cake.
