Burger King — Restaurant in New Providence

Worst service ever....! I ordered a VEGETARIAN burger and got bacon on my sandwich. I went back to get a new one and as am explaing to the cashier what happened the manager jumped in and said but that's what you ordered. That's how we serve our veggie burgers. I had to ask her if she was serious. She spend so much time trying to defend the fact that they took the order wrong , didn't give me what I asked for, and that vegetarians does eat bacon that I got upset and toss the burger in the trash. Talking about next time be more precise in what I want.... Miss ma'am there en gonna be...

I would actually go to any other fast food place before this after visiting. Genuinely can’t believe that this is what passes for service. Waited 5 minutes before I was attended to at the register despite multiple employees seeing me (there were 7 people). Then they proceed to tell me they don’t have milkshakes. Finally tell me that the card machine doesn’t work. Never thought I’d go full Karen but I’m sitting here waiting for my food...

Boy oh boy...Burger King y'all had a good run... But honestly, it's time to pack it up. The food is HORRIBLE and the recent price hike is just the final nail in the coffin. Would rather buy a bag of rice and a can of corned beef than waste another cent of my hard earned minimum wage increase on this absolute embarrassment of a fast...
