Abrisham is by far the best Iranian Restauarant in Bahrain, if you have'nt tried it yet you are missing out.

Abrisham means Silk, an Iranian restaurant beautifully designed and located in Saar, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The design of this place is beautiful and magical, every artistic piece hanged on the wall has a quote and every piece at the restaurant has a story, including the two long lines around the place (from the doors, menu, toilet doors, etc.)

This hidden gem serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and also has a bakery. All dishes are authentic Iranian food that is from different parts of Iran, their portions are big and ingredients are of high quality and food taste is beyond delicious.

I was lucky enough to meet the owner during my visit and got to know the story behind the concept, and I was mind blown by how deep and detailed Abrisham is. I salute the owner for having dedication, passion, excellent taste, delicious authentic recipes, thirst quenching drinks and Attention to detail. After knowing the story I fell more in love with the place and how authentic it is. It is safe to say that this is one of Tribe's top picks and highly recommeneded places.

We started with the complimentary sabzi platter (that cheese was superb), ash reshteh, then off to the kashk bademjan, dolmeh barg, mast o mousir, Kabab Soltani, Kabab Bandari, Khoresht Ghorme Sabzi, Khoresht Fesenjoun, Jawaher Polo, Adas Polo.

For Drinks: Faloodeh Talebi, Sharbat Albaloo, Iranian Toukhmeh Sharbati.

For Desserts: Saffron Persian Ice Cream, persian love cake, chocolate cake and Rolet.

Words don't do just for the delicious dishes, drinks and desserts. Prices are very resonable and if you are looking for an amazing experience both gastronomically and aesthetically, then Abrisham the best Iranian Restaurant is your place.

If you are a foodie, this place is certainly for you. Its not only the actual food but the style of presentation including crockeries, one of a kind Hummus (fondly called Hummus Ahwazi) and Mutabbal (fondly called Mast-O-Bademjan) served with assorted hot breads. An absolute finger-licker. Savouring of Persian cuisines are incomplete if one has not tried their Sharbat's i.e. Sharbat Albaloo and Toukmeh Sharbati and a 3rd i.e. Faloodeh Talebi. Its a real good-and-relax-feeler. One should not leave without their main i.e. Kabab Vaziri (a find blend with rice and various salads). Regret is we could not try any desserts as the quantities of each dish justified the prices, and the stomach can take only as much as it can take :) though I will admit we wanted to continue having more. This joint has ample space of free parking. Music is traditional folk Persian, an additional treat to another sensory i.e. ears while one is in the ooh-la-la world of deliciousness. For eyes, the interior is having the richness of Persia with beautiful paintings adoring the walls which while leaving is worth spending bit of time to see every exhibits including the red and green chandeliers. Its quite important to mention, our all the above delightfulness was possible only through an ever-smiling Server Ms. Casmer who ensured right from the time she guided us to a table to walking out with us to the door that every single experience is memorable through her touch of personal services and apt recommendations for which we would like to submit our humble "Thank you once again Casmer", and its pertinent to mention Ms. Casmer and her delegate saw to it that hygiene on the table is at highest standards by continually replacing the crockeries and napkins wherever necessary.
