I recently had an unpleasant experience with customer service at a restaurant.
I placed an order over the phone, specifying my preferences. However, some of the items I requested were unavailable, which I understood. I confirmed the revised order with the representative and accepted the alternatives offered.
Shortly after, I received a call from an Arabic-speaking individual informing me that the item I had been given was also unavailable and presented another option. This was frustrating, as the order had already been confirmed.
Despite my frustration, I did not explicitly cancel the order; I simply ended the call.
Approximately 30 minutes later, I called the restaurant to check on the status of my order, only to discover that it had been canceled.
I was understandably hungry and frustrated by this situation. I emphasized that I was a paying customer and expressed my disappointment with the lack of respect and consideration shown by the customer service representatives.
This incident reflects a concerning lack of professionalism and customer service orientation within the establishment. It is essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and demonstrate respect for...

They have three types of # shawarma. Looking at the photo of the menu, I chose the SAAJ shawarma, which unfortunately didn't necessarily live up to my best expectations, as I found the surface of the bread to be soft, not crispy. The french fries stuffed with the meat and mayonnaise sauce seemed to be a typical Turkish shawarma in Bahrain. Modernised tastes for a new generation here.
There are also plenty of tables to eat at, which is...
