I recently had the pleasure of dining at Punjabi Tadka Restaurant and Grill, and I must say, it was a delightful experience that brought the rich flavors of Punjab to Bahrain. This restaurant does an excellent job of capturing the essence of authentic North Indian cuisine while providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.

The food was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit. Every dish was packed with authentic flavors, aromatic spices, and generous portions. We tried their Dal Makhani was rich and velvety, just as it should be, and the Tandoori Mixed Grill was a fantastic selection of well-marinated meats, grilled to perfection. Their freshly baked naan and roti complemented the dishes beautifully.

What stood out the most was the depth of flavors and the freshness of ingredients—a clear sign of an experienced kitchen team that knows their craft. The spice levels were adjustable, making it suitable for those who enjoy mild flavors as well as spice lovers.

Their food is average to nice depending on what you order. Chicken BarBq items are really good, breakfast is good except one experience when they sent us daal instead of chana with poori because they ran out of chana. I called n complained and they were really apologetic and offered another breakfast free any other day. Once I ordered a large quantity for a gathering and there was some delay so they personally delivered at home - nice hot food. I didn't like the meat dishes as they had a slight hint of animal fat smell. Also Biryani is not the proper Biryani. Sweets are good as are most of the curries and daal etc. The best part is their attitude towards customers... so welcoming and accommodating. Always going the extra step. I needed Kebabs uncooked and urgently and they recommended against it, I insisted and they arranged instantly in such a nice way. I had them prepared at home and everyone found the taste amazing. All they need to do is make their meat barbecue with more fat trimmed though I know some like it that way but most dont. Also there is no proper and tip top seating for families, the area is unkempt. Their general food quality and above all their customer friendly attitude is a win...

The food, overall, was delicious, with most of the dishes being authentic and flavorful. However, I did notice that a couple of dishes could have been improved upon. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for a night out with friends or family.

What truly impressed me, though, was the staff. They were commendable, providing attentive and friendly service throughout the meal. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations.
