I had the pleasure of experiencing both Iftar and Ghabga at the Ramadan Saharat Tent located in the picturesque Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa, and I must say, the experiences were nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were engulfed in the true spirit of Ramadan, complemented by an ambiance that was both inviting and intricately adorned to capture the essence of this holy month.

The food was an absolute delight, offering a wide array of dishes that catered to every palate. The lamb ouzi was succulent and flavorful, and the Arabic mixed grill and seafood dishes were cooked to perfection. The highlight for many, however, were the live cooking stations. The Shawarma station served up some of the best I've tasted, while the tandoor offered a deliciously exotic flair. The dessert stations were a dream come true for those with a sweet tooth. Crepes, waffles, Kunafa, and the unique offerings from the Florencia ice cream trolley and churros station left us all wanting more.

Beyond the impeccable food, what stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable, showcasing genuine friendliness and an eagerness to accommodate our every need.

Zahrat Al Fairoz is a charming Lebanese restaurant offering a warm and authentic dining experience. From the moment you’re seated, the inviting ambience and traditional decor set the tone for a meal filled with flavour and hospitality.

We started with a selection of cold and hot mezzeh, and they truly stood out. The starters were absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite felt like a taste of Lebanon, rich with herbs, spices, and textures that awakened the appetite.

For the main course, we enjoyed a variety of grilled plates, including tender kebabs and perfectly seasoned meats. The portion sizes were just right – generous enough to be satisfying without being overwhelming. The rice dishes, particularly the ones served with chicken and lamb, were cooked to perfection. The balance of seasoning and the tenderness of the meat made them a real highlight of the meal.

As for dessert, the experience was mixed. The baklava was fresh, rich, and had that ideal balance of sweetness and crunch – a definite hit.
