I went there with my Family on the Eid eve. The decoration was pretty good and we all had a great time there. We had a 11month year old baby with us and they instantly brought us the baby chair for which we could enjoy the service comfortably. Now about food, many are saying that the food is very expensive. Okay it is a little bit more than other restaurants, but you also need to understand in what atmosphere you are eating in. We ordered Their Chicken Tandoori and butter nan and I must say, the Butter Nan was 5/5!! I live in Dhaka and never had a that kind of butter nan ever. It was amazing. And the price for butter nan was only 50 taka! And Chicken Tandoori costed us maybe 130 (I don't exactly remember). So you can tell it's not expensive. I would have given it overall a 5/5 but the staff response there was quite slow to be honest. It's not that they have very few staff, they have enough still I don't know what took them so long for everything. But the food was worth it!!! Highly...

We ordered fried rice, steamed rice, vegetable dopiaza, beef bhuna, Afghan chicken, chicken korai & flaming chicken. Afghan chicken & vegetable dopiaza were amazing; wish they had served a greater quantity :3
But they used the sauce of dry fish (শুঁটকি) in the flaming chicken, which made it difficult for most of us to enjoy that meal. Should they'd informed this beforehand, we might order a different dish. However, they apologized for this information gap.
The restaurant is well-spaced, but the air conditioning is not perfectly adjusted. Parking is feasible in the main road. Also, the serving time was too long. We assumed it was due to our visit in the off-peak time right after Eid.
Overall, a fine choice for those who prefer minimal quantity of food with less...
Read moreI don't think I've ever given five stars, but considering we're in the province and not in the capital... Well, that's something! After all the "would-be restaurants" with supposedly international but hardly edible cuisine, one managed to convince and that in terms of interior design, service, cleanliness (including the sanitary facilities) and of course the food. Judging by local conditions, the Zafran is of course the upper price range but upper quality even too, you can also see that in the things mentioned above. The cuisine is international and local too and as a salad lover I got more than my money's worth here. I hope the (high) standard can be maintained because today it is the best restaurant in Barishal (for me) and far...
