Read more24 December Saturday, we 13 bike rider desistance our riding here in four season restaurant for refreshment. One of my friend use toilet and keep his two mobile phone (one is personal and another one is official) on tissue holder. But unfortunately he forgot to bring his phone with him when came out from toilet. After one and half minutes later, he remember about his phone and came back again in that specific toilet but couldn’t found. We track those phone location by Google location and those phone location shows inside restaurant for two hours. After two hours, phone was switched off and location tracking stoped which last location was showing also inside restaurant. Meanwhile We informed staffs but anyone couldn’t help or assist us accordingly. Surely those phone was in restaurant staffs hands because if it was in customers or tourists hands then it's location will shows outside of the restaurant after 20-30 minutes as we know all vehicles come here for 20-30 minutes breaks.
We didn’t expect such kinds of cheating behaviour or tendency from renown Four Season Restaurant staffs. It really very griever incidents. For sure, it will be our last visit and we wouldn’t recommend our friends and families to visit this...

We ask for the prices of the short list. all 5 of us heared the same price from 2 different waiters that were present.
We ordered 3 rice item with no stew nor meat to be found. just rice with 3 pieces of meat in a 500gram rice on each plate. after mentioning that one plate got no meat at all. they charged us extra for meat.
When the extra 100 taka on top of what was told and the promised "extra" meat of no extra charge was mentioned we were told that maybe we don't understand the language. Maybe it's the different dialect according to them.
It's not about the money it's about the principle. Even if it was 350 and not 250 we would have ordered it.
and if the owner replies claiming to make up some story then dont believe them. they lied more than once. I also paid cash we are not the only group of 5 that...
