Just outside the suburbs, this shadowy café in Zarun area within Kashimpur police station in Gazipur has proved its peak announcement correct.

Hijal Cafe or Restaurant is a piece of harmony with nature. In addition to stomach ache, it undoubtedly calms the mind and cheers it up. About thirty eight different types of flora and fauna are here. Lotus, wisteria, various ferns, various orchids, hibiscus and various flowers bring fulfillment to this place.

Along with the traditional food, various fusions are going on with the food. Besides these, its library corner is full of sufficient books, magazines and journals. A variety of books and magazines on history, leadership, romance or adventure will fascinate anyone.

Hijal Cafe's interior design, equipments, water rhythm of artificial stream, artwork throughout the cafe, lighting, decorative color settings, craftwork, sophisticated cutlery, kitchen ware sets it apart from others easily.

After all that, there is nothing more to say about the cafe, the food chess.

Its location address is Kashimpur, Gazipur. In terms of landmarks, the factory of Kaya Cosmetics is next to it. On the Gazipur-Konabari road from Konabari to the Kashimpur road, a little inland is the Zarun area.

The food menu card has to be somewhat generous financially. Main dish beef/chicken 500-750 taka, various soups 275-400 taka, pasta/noodles 300-500 taka, chicken/beef steak burger 350-450 taka, various appetizers...

We need more restaurants like this one, a little far from Dhaka!!! Absolutely beautiful place with great food and service.

I had lunch there a few days back. They have beautiful outdoor-indoor seating areas. Amazing interior decoration to take good pictures. Mini book library to enjoy quiet time.

Little tips if you want to avoid crowd and traffic jam of gazipur leave home around 12 noon.that way u can get there within 1 hour and so.and leave restaurant at 3 p.m.😬

Ordered butter chicken set meal, which comes with butter chicken and butter rice along with some green salad. It cost 430tk. It had a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Enjoyed it.

Then, I got an Arabic grill chicken platter, which cost 535tk. Chicken was marinated with a good amount of spices, and it was very juicy as well. It also came with some rice and salsa.

Tasted their beef vindaloo set meal, which cost 499tk. It was spicy, flavourful beef curry. But the amount of beef should be better.

Strawberry lassi tasted like Strawberry milkshake..it was good too. Price was 210tk each.

Chicken cashewnut salad cost 340tk. It was full of nuts and chicken, little tangy. Very yummy.but again, the portion is not good.

Overall, I have passed a great time there. They have secured parking. And I I hope they had some sign boards around that place. Would love to...

A good getaway place from the city within the city itself.

The singing of birds is quite sweet and agreeable in the evening, this will surely fill your heart with joy and peace😇.

Ambience was really good, they have both inside and outside seating facilities, which will allow one to get closer look on the nature and take most out of it🥰.

Do not just start taking the photos while entering (I bet, you can’t resist yourself, such is the environment🤭) instead place order, book the table as serving food might take some time if you are in the rush hour; which is usually at 3-5 as per them.

Though we entered just after 2 pm, yet we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the food to be served.
