💥Pizza- 8/10 from Alfresco The pizza was 6 slices, it was SO good. Expected it to be a little bigger in size but it tastes really well so that's fine.
💥Pad Thai- 10/10 from Absolute Thai THE BEST FOOD ITEM we had that day. They provided the best amount of serving. Worth the price (quite affordable really). Perfectly seasoned and an almost replica of the original Pad Thai I had in Bangkok this year only. A must recommend.
💥Chicken Dumplings - 6/10 from Absolute Korean (no pic, see video) Expected much more. The plating could've been better and the sauce should've been provided in a bigger amount. Was not as spicy/seasoned as hoped.
💥Seafood Hot Pot- do not remember (2/10) (no pic, see video) Really, really below expectations. In the menu, it was stated as "Clay Stone Hot Pot" or something but it was actually served in a plastic take-out box. Looked quite visually unappealing. Amount of noodle and the actual seafood was also very underwhelming. Although it didn’t taste bad but for 620 taka the serving/visuals/taste everything was below standards and nothing matched the picture/description on the actual menu.
💥Chef's Table Courtside is one of my absolute favorite food places. But they should step up their organisation and maybe have a map/online listing of which food stalls/shops they hold to avoid a confusion. The number of AC ventilated containers should also be increased, imo. Or at least the ACs should be centered better so the containers can actually be well-air conditioned. The management of soft drinks should also be a bit more clear, maybe adding a vending machine here and there or including drinks in some (if not all) shops they hold.
Other than that, great environment, service, cleanliness, picturesque scenery and wonderful choice of food and...
Read moreThis place is a great spot to visit, offering a relaxing and natural atmosphere. The environment is peaceful and well-maintained, making it an ideal destination for families, friends, and solo visitors. It is not just about food; there are plenty of activities for kids and young people, making it a fun and engaging place.
One of the highlights of this place is the variety of food options available. However, the food prices are quite high compared to other food courts. While the quality is decent, it doesn’t always justify the cost. Some dishes are worth trying, but others may feel overpriced. Despite this, the diverse selection ensures that there is something for everyone.
For book lovers, Prothoma Book Café is a must-visit. It’s a perfect place to relax, read, and enjoy a peaceful time with a cup of coffee. The café has a great collection of books, making it a haven for those who love to explore literature.
Apart from food and books, this place is also an excellent spot for activities and photography. The open space, creative décor, and vibrant ambiance make it a wonderful place to take pictures and create memories.
Overall, this place is more than just a spot for dining. It’s a great destination for leisure, activities, and photography. If you don’t mind the high prices, it’s definitely...

The whole place feels refreshed, vibrant, and nature friendly . The restaurants are now popular and well-known, each adding to the charm of this lively spot.
What I loved most is how the atmosphere blends energy with serenity—it’s a wonderful place to spend a lazy afternoon under the open sky. Yesterday, the weather was just perfect, making the experience even more delightful.
I must mention how much I absolutely love the Ispahani Tea Lounge here. In fact, if I had the power, I would close down every coffee shop in the city and build tea lounges instead! Tea is such a soulful part of our culture, and places like this remind us to celebrate it. Their cozy setting and warm hospitality made me feel right at home.
To my surprise, I also came across 'Kacher Churi' and even a little book café by 'Prothoma'—what a lovely touch for those of us who adore both tea and books. It felt like a hidden treasure inside the city.
All in all, Chef’s Table Courtside is about moments, memories, and a slice of happiness in the heart of Dhaka. I wish them every success and hope this place continues to grow, inspire, and bring joy for many years...
