Caspia is one of the oldest chinese restaurants in Rangpur. It is used to be the most popular restaurant in the city few years ago. But the quality of this restaurant is decreasing day by day. Rented their couple deluxe room at 3500tk It was good except the TV wasn't working, stand lamp was out of service. Caspian Chinese Restaurant is very well known Chinese Restaurant in Rangpur Town. It is situated just at the opposite of Rangpur Circuit house. Location is very nice and most of the Government programs are held at this place. It's service is also very good. But the cost is a bit high. Another problem is that, it has become old.
